Welfare Group Privacy and Data Protection Agreement
At Welfare Group, safeguarding your privacy and ensuring data security are of paramount importance. This Agreement delineates our practices concerning the collection, utilization, and protection of personal data we procure from you.
General Provisions & Jurisdiction
This Privacy and Data Protection Agreement applies to Welfare Brothers Global - FZCO, a Freezone Limited Liability Company constituted under the laws of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, bearing registration number 12680, with its main business premises located at DSO_IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Herein, Welfare Brothers Global - FZCO will be designated as "Welfare Group".
By using this website, the user unequivocally consents to be bound by this document and all documents enumerated herein. In the event of any conflict between the documents, precedence shall be given to the document as listed in the order below:
- Welfare Group Terms of Website Service;
- Welfare Group Privacy and Data Protection Agreement;
